Prosphora (church bread) is baked and offered each week by a circle of volunteers. This bread is used during eucharistic services for communion and for distribution following communion. If you are interested in baking prosphora, no experience is necessary, however preparers will need two 9″ x 13″ (or larger) baking dishes. St. Mark will provide you with a stamp to stamp each loaf.
